You will need
- 1 package Eat Up! Cinnamon Spice Muffin & Cake Mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs, or plant-based egg replacement
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly whisk eggs and add vegetable oil. Gradually add mix to liquid ingredients and mix until well combined. Spoon batter into lightly greased muffin pan or paper liner cups. Bake until golden brown, about 15-18 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
