Classic Oatmeal – Quick Rolled Oats

You will need

  • 1 cup Eat Up! Gluten Free Quick Rolled Oats
  • 2 cups water
  • ¼ tsp salt (optional)



  • Bring water and salt to a boil and add quick rolled oats.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 3 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  • Remove from heat and let stand covered for a few minutes. Serves two people.


  • In a large bowl, combine quick rolled oats, water and salt.
  • Cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
