Gluten Free Waffles
Start your day off right with gluten free waffles that are light and fluffy on the inside yet crispy on the outside.
You will need
- Milk or plant-based replacement
- Egg or plant-based replacement
- Melted butter or vegetable oil
- Eat Up! Pancacke & Waffle Mix
Heat a waffle iron to medium heat. Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Pour about 1/3 cup batter into the waffle iron and cook until bubbles appear. Simply continue to cook in iron until center and edges are set, about 2-3 minutes.
