This fresh and filling vegan blueberry oat smoothie bowl is full of antioxidants and fiber and naturally sweetened with maple syrup.

You will need
Smoothie Bowl
- 6 oz frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen peaches
- 1/2 banana
- 10 oz. oat milk
- dash of cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp flax seed
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Topping:
- Fresh blueberries
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- Eat Up! Old Fashioned Oats
- Chia Seeds
- 1/2 fresh peach, sliced
Directions
Combine all smoothie ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Pour smoothie into bowl. Top with fresh blueberries, sliced banana, sliced peach, Eat Up! Old Fashioned Oats, and chia seeds. Enjoy!
